I was dying out there

Man my run kicked my butt today. It was probably the most difficult run I have had to date. I think the combination of a fair headwind on my way out and the increase in distance I had on Tuesday contributed to the difficulty. You wouldn't think that a single mile would make a big difference, but when you are boosting your mileage every week it takes its toll. This training plan has been a very challenging experience, but rewarding as well. I can't wait for the accomplishment waiting for me at the end! To join the ranks of those who have finished those 26.2 miles will be an honor.

When the going gets tough, the tough get going. Good for you to push yourself.
